I'm a product and design lead who cares most about the people I work with. The best projects I've been part of weren't the ones with the biggest scope — they were the ones where the team trusted each other, asked honest questions, and figured things out together.

I believe good design starts with a question, not a solution. I spend a lot of time running interviews, facilitating workshops, and helping teams agree on what problem they're actually solving. When that's clear, execution gets simple.

Learning is the part of this work I like most. Every new project, every new team, every new domain is a reason to read, ask, test, and update how I think. I don't trust it when people say they already know how this works — the work usually rewards the opposite.

I'm from Kyiv. I lived in Kraków for a couple of years before settling in Gdańsk, where I work remotely now. I care about doing good work, not impressive-looking work. I get uncomfortable when process replaces thinking, or when teams ship things nobody uses.

I'm based in Gdańsk, Poland. I work remotely.
