Building an insurance platform from scratch. Defining product strategy, leading a cross-functional team, overseeing UX and delivery end-to-end.
LuxoftDXC Technology
Client-facing UX leadership across five enterprise engagements in fintech, banking, retail and oil & gas. Led teams of designers, owned research and delivery, and worked inside client design systems.
Designed a desktop trading application integrating real-time market data feeds and advanced analytics. Focused on a user-friendly interface that optimized trader productivity and reduced errors.
Designed several applications for OPS Portal in Corporate Banking — a hub of back-office solutions for managing, analyzing and optimizing operational processes across different areas.
Designed the People Management system — a web application for HRs and Line Managers to develop their colleagues inside the Tesco corporation.
Research activity for updating a software application of a predictive maintenance system. Built a Design Roadmap for the next phase of development.
Design improvements for a desktop application "Decision Space Geosciences" — a complex a-z solution for the oil & gas industry. DSG helps engineers analyze and interpret geo-seismic data for the decision-making process.

Product design for a crypto exchange. Redesigned the deposit flow — A/B tested with 50% of users, conversion increased. Solution still in production 5+ years later.
